What you need: Mooncake Premix - 1 packet
Boiling Water - 300gm Water - 100gm (Room Temperature) Cooking Oil - 80gm Mooncake Paste - Optional Method:
Put the Mooncake premix into a bowl and pour the boiling water onto it and mix well.
Add in cooking oil and water, mix well. Cut into 2 dough.
Shape the dough into round shape and put on the mooncake paste. Cover the top with another dough.
Steam for 30 minutes.
Decorate with sunflower seeds, winter melon candies and sesame seeds to enhance the texture and flavor.
Yield: 8 inch Teochew Lako X 2 pcs (Size may varies depends on how thick you shape the dough)
