教学: 潮州捞糕

所需材料: 月饼预拌粉 - 1包

沸水 - 300克 清水 - 100克 (室温) 玉米油 - 80克 月饼馅料 - 可选

制作方法:

  1. 将月饼预拌粉倒入碗中, 加入沸水拌匀。

  2. 再加入食用油和清水, 搅拌均匀, 分成两份面团。

  3. 将面团整形成圆形, 包上月饼馅料, 再用另一份面团盖在上面。

  4. 放入蒸锅蒸30分钟。

  5. 最后可用瓜子, 冬瓜糖及芝麻装饰, 增加口感与风味。

产量:

8寸潮州捞糕 × 2个 (具体大小视面团厚薄而定)
