TUTORIAL: SNOWSKIN MOONCAKE

What you need: Mooncake Premix - 1 packet
Warm Water - 360gm Mooncake Paste - 1 kg Method:
Mix all ingredients together and knead well except mooncake paste.
Leave aside for 10 minutes.
Dust the mould with Koh Fun for easy shaping
Wrap the dough with mooncake paste depending on the ratio given below.
Chill overnight for better taste.
Mooncake Skin to Paste Ratio:
50gm - 20gm (skin) : 30gm (paste)
80gm - 30gm (skin) : 50gm (paste)
80gm - 40gm (skin) : 40gm (paste)
