TUTORIAL: HOW TO APPLY SUGAR IMAGE ONTO CAKE

Instructions:

  1. Cut out the sugar image neatly along the provided outline.

  2. Apply a thin layer of white chocolate or white fondant at the back of the sugar image.

  3. If you are using white chocolate, allow it to harden completely before proceeding.

  4. Place the sugar image together with the white chocolate or fondant backing onto the cake.

  5. Make sure the sugar image does not come into contact with any moisture (including fresh cream), as this may cause the printed design to “bleed” or become blurry.
