步骤:

  1. 准备好蛋糕, 作为装饰的基础。

  2. 按照糖纸图案步骤。

  3. 沿着提供的外边线, 小心剪下威化纸图案。

  4. 在蛋糕表面挤上一层打发奶油, 高度保持在 1.5 至 2.0 英寸。这层奶油能隔绝热度, 防止在烘烤/点火过程中, 威化纸的热量影响到糖纸图案, 导致损坏。

  5. 将威化纸图案轻轻放在奶油层上。

  6. 再挤一圈奶油在四周, 既能固定糖纸图案, 又能使蛋糕更美观。
