所需材料: 月饼预拌粉 - 1包 温水 - 360克 月饼馅料 - 1公斤
制作方法:
除了月饼馅料以外, 把所有材料混合并揉匀。
静置10分钟。
模具撒上糕粉, 方便脱模。
按下列比例, 将皮料包入月饼馅。
放入冰箱冷藏一晚, 口感更佳。
月饼皮与馅比例:
50克月饼：20克皮，30克馅
80克月饼：30克皮，50克馅
80克月饼：40克皮，40克馅
